How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Once payment has been received, your order is immediately placed in the queue to be packed and shipped in sequence. You will receive email notifications throughout the process as well as tracking details, so that you can easily track your order once shipped.

 Courier delivery times vary. Here are some estimates:

Victoria: 3-6 Business Days
New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory: 3-7 Business Days
South Australia: 3-7 Business Days
Queensland: 5-12 Business Days
Tasmania: 5-12 Business Days
Western Australia: 7-14 Business Days
Northern Territory: 7-14 Business Days

International Shipping Information

If you are an overseas customer wishing to order from us, please contact us at designerinspired191@gmail.com We will then create an international account for you that you will be able to access and order our products.

Once your order has been paid for and packed, you will be advised of the dimensions and weight. You can then organise your own shipping carrier to collect the goods.

Please note that we do not organise international shipping. However, we will support you with all the necessary paperwork required.

Pricing Policy

The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We Designer Art Space reserve the right to refuse to accept an order in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered, and we have received your payment details.

Refund Policy

Our art prints are custom-made, so we can only provide refunds or exchanges for faulty items. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Accurate measurement of the area / room / wall is essential for correct sizing before ordering. Once an item has been produced and / or shipped, we are unable to physically alter, recover, or modify it for you. In rare cases, goods may experience transit damage. We prioritize customer service and aim to address any concerns promptly. Should the damage be irreparable, we will offer a replacement,

Claims must be lodged within 7 days of receipt or delivery of goods. In the case of a lost order, please allow 7 days for it to arrive, and then lodge your claim within 7 days thereafter email us at designerinspired191@gmail.com
