Are the prints high resolution?

Indeed, we print at extremely high resolution. Unlike many print stores, consider that at larger sizes, obtaining photographic clarity may be challenging with current camera technology. This applies to all poster stores, not just us. All our prints are commercially printed to replicate the texture, colour & vibrancy of each unique artwork. Our art incorporates paint, sketch, and water colours, some of which prioritize artistic expression over photographic precision. Larger prints are designed for optimal viewing from a distance, with details becoming clearer up close. If uncertain, request close-up images at your desired size before purchasing.

How do I care for my print?

Our prints are designed for an indoor environment, out of direct sunlight and away from water & moisture. Like all prints they will fade and / or wear if displayed outdoors or in an area where they may be subject to damage. Please note all ink fades when exposed to UV light / sunlight over extended periods of time (including anti-fade inks) no matter where they are purchased from. So out of direct sunlight is always best !!!

Will my wall art print look the same as your website?

Real life printed images may exhibit slight color variation compared to images displayed on a computer monitor, tablet, or smartphone, influenced by device resolution/settings.We aim for accurate display of all images in our store, reflecting true colors. However, variations may occur on different electronic displays due to screen differences.

Remember that images on a bright electronic screen appear differently from printed photos or images due to lack of illumination. Adjust your screen's brightness for a more accurate representation of real-life appearance.

How do I hang my print?

Various methods exist for hanging prints based on factors such as print size and wall type.

While we may provide tips and tricks to help you decide what might be a good method in your situation, We aren't responsible for damages incurred from hanging up or installation of prints,

It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional mounting specialist for the safe and secure installation of your print. If using third-party materials for mounting (e.g., 3M strips), please ensure you adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for these materials listed on the pack or website carefully, to minimize risk of the materials failing. Please reach out to the manufacturer of these materials before hanging or mounting wall art if you are missing these instructions.

 

Do you use glass or acrylic?

Crystal clear acrylic plexi-glass is used for our framed prints. Acrylic is stronger and clearer than glass, making it less likely to break during transit.

If we need to use real glass in your print - as with all our prints - we ship them safely and securely in layered specially made rigid cardboard boxes to help mitigate any transit bumps!
